athens and paris are great and you'll love eurodisney! what I learned in athens from a lovely greek woman-but she was born and raised in Germany, is pork souvlaki is traditional, not chicken (they only have that for us tourists really) and you'll get dessert after a meal at a restaurant. pita and tzatziki there is far superior to anything I've had in north america. getting to monuments-from what I remember as I went in fall 2020, was accessible so I hope I'm not wrong there.

Have an amazing trip! I just came back from about 3 weeks in Greece - it was so beautiful. Lots do to, amazing food and beautiful beaches. I went on a cruise around Greece as well that is pretty similar to what you’re doing - even the stop in Turkey (which I loved!!!!) Do you have a good down jacket or down throw blanket? They are great for warming up. The down works best when it directly touches. your skin. I go out in the winter with just a camy and my down jacket and I am SO WARM. I also have a small down throw blanket that I LOVE!!
