I am a COLLECTOR too. Currently I have 64 amigurumi only books. I love them and I too am trying to work from every book I own. I love to watch videos about books. I made at least two of your selected patterns. They’re great fun.

I always love seeing people's crochet book ❤ There are so many I still NEED 😅 I had a chuckle everytime you showed an elephant! I've known it's your favourite animal, but never really take notice of elephant patterns. There are so many different elephant patterns 🐘😁 Nice that there is something for everyone.

It’s always good to see you Julie!! I’m still here in the background. Not much crocheting in these last few months. I miss my oldest son and I’m just not doing too much. It has taken me a little over a month to finish one shawl… way too long. I loved seeing your books. I can’t wait to see your makes. Each book has some really cute Amis in it. Hi Cecilia, I'm always glad that you are here! I can't even imagine how hard it must be, but I still hope and pray that you will find comfort. I am sure your love for crochet will come back eventually and I hope you find the joy in it again soon! It's okay that it is taking a while to finish something, at least you are still picking up the hook. We are doing real good here, my girls are ready for the weekend that's for sure! My hubby definitely indulges my whims 😂 But trust me there's many times he just pretends to listen! 🤗🥰

great selection of projects Julie. I am aiming to work out of my books more this year. Like you I have many more than I did when I did the book tag last year. I need my books to be my first call instead of youtube or ravelry. I just love looking through all my books, they make me happy.

I really loved your video. I love looking through books, and magazine. I think it's fun to see what's inside, plus what you are interested in making. The elephants are super cute. You can never have to many. I say the same thing, I work over and thats exactly what I do buy a new crochet book, or crochet magazine. It's fun.

I'm the same way about buying books! I tell my husband he should be glad that I am so easy to please lol. I could have a desire to buy expensive jewelry, cloths, etc or want to spend a lot of money on other expensive things, but I find joy in books and yarn ha ha!

All of your books are awesome. My fave patterns were the little hamster with a strawberry and the clown monkey. All of them were so cute. I also like that squirrel on the cover of the animals at work. I know he wasn't one of your picks but he was super cute too!

I love looking at the crochet books you have and I really value your opinion on the patterns. I have a couple of those books and I am about to start working on Hootie the Owl from the Amigurumi Made Easy book. I love that designers patterns! I think I'm going to also do Emily the Bunny out of that for Easter. I think its wonderful that your husband and daughter are participating in the picking out of the patterns. Knowing that someone else enjoys your makes really adds to the fun factor, at least it does for me. Keep the videos coming. I love watching yours and seeing everything you make.

My goal is to crochet at least a single pattern from every book I've bought as well, thankfully I only have about 5 I haven't done anything from yet. But what I did is picked one from each book and wrote them down and put them in a bucket and draw from it when Im ready for a project.

You could number the books you’ve chosen on a piece of paper, choose a random number picker and work out of the book whatever corresponds with whatever number that is on your paper. Also, you could make your choices #1, your daughters choices #2, your husbands choices #3. Randomly pick 1-3 and whatever number comes up, make that pattern that was chosen.

I currently have 27 physical books (didn't bother counting digital books/Digital patterns) and out of the 27, 20 books are unused! Not gonna lie I think buying the books and receiving them is half the fun for me lol but I really do want to focus on completing projects this year. Thank you for sharing, I think I'll pick one book per month in hopes of having 12 completed projects by the end of the year!

I bought the Zoomigurumi Favourites so I could do the hamster... I've done about 20 others from that book but not the hamster! What are we like? 🤦🏼‍♀️ I think a random draw would be good. ❤
