I make the huge opossum from the book Chonky Crochet, got it from Amazon. I have NEVER brought one home from a market. I charge $75 for mine and true opossum lovers don’t even hesitate at the price. FYI Wonder Crochet is amazing. I had a question about her hedgehog pattern and she got back to me instantly. She is so sweet! I love that spider pattern too! Those are also great sellers for me.

So by chance I got a cheap chenille yarn and made a whale. It was stubby due to not having enough yarn but i fell in love with plush yarn. I have an order of 5 premier chunky yarn on the way. It might take until the end of the month until i get it due to my location. I like the highland cow and penguin. but most of these patterns are too simple. Probably good for fast makes for market. But for me personally, I prefer more complicated and detailed patterns. Its very satisfying to finish something that is a challenge.

Sorry Hun, the prices quoted for Etsy patterns are sooooo off! Add another $2-6 then you’re in the ballpark of what the artists are charging. Patterns are getting so much more expensive 😔

I know, I’m should reframe it in my mind, I know a lot of work goes into them. But I just want to BUY ALL THE PATTERNS 😂😂 So I love when they are affordable
