Yes!!! I have every single release of Darth Vader the Black Series has ever made. And a couple of doubles. There is something really satisfying about looking at 20 plus Darth Vaders all stood together. I even got the Statue Centerpiece Vader recently as well. I love that and it has Black Series written on it, so "it checks out!"

I focused a little too much on my Daughter, but considering how many Xmas days I missed with her due to the Ex, I'm fine with that and the Family understands.

@@DavidEdge69 Things are going well we finally got the ok to hire contractors to begin working on our house. Started with an outfit that will do pretty much everything we need to get done. Getting the estimate probably Friday then we'll go from there. Still have to find out how soon they can begin working and get an estimate on how long it will take. 🤞

The second half of this video was significantly more interesting than the first half. It kind of just shows how Hasbro seems to be phoning it in with their Star Wars offerings while other companies are doing some truly creative stuff. I kind of wish the Four Horsemen would get ahold of the Lord of the Rings license, because they could do some amazing stuff and none of it would even have to be based on the Peter Jackson films. They could just do their own interpretations of the characters from the books.

I completely agree! Four Horseman has the privilege of just making toys and taking on projects because they love them. Making money it something they do, but not the main reason for what they do. Hasbro is making money first.

I have this Holocron and Ezra, and I wish the foot pegs actually held the figures in place. The peg holes in black series disappoint me in a lot of cases.

I really like the four Horsemen Studios figures too… I have two figures by them. One is the figura obscura Sun wu Kong The monkey king & the mythic legions Duban figure. Both are excellent figures and I really enjoy the line a lot too… It was fun seeing the Darth Vader holocom figure , I’m with you I don’t think I would buy any others except for possibly Palpatine if they make one of him that would be nice lol even if the pucks don’t work so well, he would be a welcome addition to the collections!. I really love the Figura Obscura stuff. Really beautiful figures. Four Horsemen are nailing it. Like you say pricy but worth it. (The new animal based Mythic Legions guys also look incredible).

Thanks for the video Mike, Always a pleasure never a chore. Someone else already mentioned in the comments that the holocon Vader has that zapped by force lightning look; as if Palpy is really turning up the zoltage.😁 As much as I've always liked "A Christmas Carol" (I read the book for the first time this year), the figures aren't something that entice me. Interesting look to it though. The swap out heads and hair are a nice touch. Nor am I bothered by the Holocon figs. Happy holidays everyone.🇬🇧

The problem with the holocomm figures is that they don’t quite look like holo projections. There is no blur, no jitters and the fabrics are way too real. I was originally hoping for a Chancellor Palpy but he’ll come out looking like he’s wearing a fishing net. A 3D printed solid translucent piece would look much better on the holocomm puck for cosplay or role playing purposes. And God forbid they try to do the new Leia in tranlucent, her legs will show right through her skirt and it’ll look all kinds of wrong!🫢

I also got Holocomm Darth Vader and I have to say I love him. However, after I got a much brighter LED light for him in the same shape (even better), which is blue and works really well and looks great. ❤
