I was pleasantly surprised that it was the first two movies! I was nervous (if the rumors are true) we’d have potentially 3 houses based off of “new” movies within the past year (frozen empire and potentially an insidious house with the recent movie). My one worry for the quiet place house is teenage groups lol. I can totally see a scene where it’s supposed to be super effective to be quiet but the group behind you is purposefully making noise and yelling out. Have no idea what they have planned for the house but I know horror nights can get rowdy!
