I’m liking your stuff dude. I recently started making small but real changes in my life, stopped caring so much about what other people might think, and stopping holding myself back. In the last few weeks I’ve been more productive, started a KZbin channel and making videos, working out again the last few weeks etc Need to make stuff happen for myself, no more telling myself ‘I can’t do it’. Life’s too short.

The action i'm taking right now is to tap in to my untapped energy by facing my fear and sharing my thoughts on my new channel. I am manifesting my dream life that i want to live and also using that energy to inspire others. just as you have inspired me Nemoto San. But facing those fears is very hard when the mental aspect is playing with me with low confidence etc. I've started on a new journey and everything will be allright.

I watched your video just a few days ago for the first time. In the video, you talked about fasting, after I heard that, it's been on my mind. and the next day, A book about fasting caught my eye at a bookstore at Meguro station coincidently. Of course, I bought it, I'm going to do fasting from this weekend, following the instructions in the book. Every your video encourages me so much, thank you!
