A good overview of the library thankyou. I particularly like the Wagner Tubas and Choir, but lots of good stuff in this one!

Thank you for this video, Sam. When this library showed up in my subscription I thought it looked cool, but I haven't found much use for it. You've given it a little more perspective for me. Also, great piece of music.

Nice work, Sam - and a great 'How to Train Your Dragon' vibe on your composition too. Yeah, solo's would've been nice. I think they do everything in three's because they're better harmonically than two's for single lines, and that keeps it more intimate, especially when they're placed in the Orchestrator. Two's are better for chord work in larger orchestras. I pair Fantasy Orchestra with Embertone's Shire Whistle and Red Room Audio's Celtic Fiddle - two excellent solo instruments for this kind of feel.

Thanks for your tip about instruments. I'll check it out. But you're way too kind with liking the music to train the dragon.

Thanks, Sam, for another very useful review - as always. Great that it is not in Swedish, by the way 🙂

Cheers, Sam...! I do already own this but so far haven't had much of a chance to experiment - Great tips and a decent review. I wonder how it compares to Lumina as a fantasy orchestra...? I'm awaiting the next Symphobia sale, so I can grab the bundle and find out for myself...!

You could check out my lumina review if you like. I think lumina has better sound quality over all, and is more fun and more cohesive, but you get a little more playability and more instruments with fastasy.

I hope the Orchestrator hasn't forgotten that there are other time signatures than just 4/4. I enjoyed the piece.
