Everything from that era became a classic, and inspired a masterpiece of cinema, full of future stars: (Harrison Ford, Richard Dreyffus, Ron Howard)"American Graffiti"... I think you can hear a genuine and unquestioned optimism in the music from the 50s and early 60s. Why it's so very hard to recreate that sound and feeling today is because of the heavier times. You can't fake that kind of optimism.

This takes me back!...Man, in my youth (early to mid 1960s), people were not afraid to embrace their feminine/masculine side, get on the dance floor, and let yourself go!...there was an innocent expressiveness to dance back then, even though much of it was a sexual pantomime. It is obvious that these dancers were professionals, but I could, and did, dance it up back then. Let me tell you younger folks--your grandmas were very hot back then, and knew how to look their best on the dance floor!
