Laura (Garden Answer on KZbin) is TOTALLY amazing, she has a specialness about her ... and another new channel I like to watch is Angie and Ambrose (Garden Obsession on KZbin) is another interesting channel ... they use a fair few Proven Winners plants which I love to learn about. Thank you to these two channels for teaching me about Proven Winners plants 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I wish home depot and Loews would carry more variety of your supertunias. This year I found a deep purple in early April at Loews. Someone said on garden answer home depot currently has supertunia vista bubblegum. So I’m heading there tonight in the hopes of finding them. I see so many colors on Laura’s KZbin channel but I have never seen them in my local sores

Butterflies also need host plants in order to reproduce and lay their eggs so having them in your garden will allow you to have the entire lifecycle in your yard. Just search up the butterflies in your area, the plants that they lay their eggs on for the caterpillars to eat, add them and there you go!!! 😁

I am wanting to create a Bee Garden ASAP can you help? I need to get this project done very soon. In South East Georgia. Thank you I could send picture or video of area we plan to use.

Good morning, here is a link to our advanced plant search page, and one of options for searching is bees, as well as other pollinators. We cannot design a garden for you without quite a bit of other information, which is why we recommend you visit your favorite garden center and show them photos of the area, talk about the condition of your soil, how much sun this spot gets a day, and what type of housing you can offer the bees. We wish you the best! www.provenwinners.com/plants/search/advanced

Will these plants attract hummingbirds
@ProvenWinnersYouTube5 жыл бұрын
Yes, and speaking from personal experience with our plants, the Rockin' Salvias are at the top of a hummingbirds list--Rockin' Deep Purple, Rockin' Fuchsia and next year the Rockin' Blue Suede Shoes have the bloom shape and size hummers prefer.

I am falling in love with the dahlias you are planting. I have a question about the sprinter box woods. I am zone 8a and would like to do them in a window box like you did. How do I over winter them? Or do I?
@ProvenWinnersYouTube5 жыл бұрын
Sprinter Boxwoods are too large of a plant for a window box, they can get up to 4 feet in height and width.
@lisawalters54825 жыл бұрын
@@gidget8717 is see that in her videos. If I only had half her energy! I change mine out too. Of course mine are not as large and grand and only have 8.

If this area is in full sun all day, I feel sorry for the chickens. They have no schade! My chickens are hiding/resting under bushes and in tall grass when it's hot outside. Then when it gets late afternoon they hunt for grasshoppers, beatles, worms, bugs....
@ProvenWinnersYouTube4 жыл бұрын
There is a door for the chickens to get inside the building when desired. Thank you for your concern.

Julie Anne landscape staples. You can buy them to fit your drip tubing or you can use regular landscape staples.

Why not native plants? Cultivars and non native plants don't support pollinators. We have so many beautiful native plants and such a problem with invasive species, we need to get back to gardening with straight species from North America and not useless cultivars and potentially invasive species.
@provenwinnersretail4 жыл бұрын
We are sorry you consider our plants to be useless cultivars and potentially invasive. Some of our plants are native, and hummingbirds and bees especially do enjoy our perennial and annual salvias as well as many other varieties. Also, we do trial our plants extensively, and we do know that some similar cultivars might be invasive, but we have bred our varieties to not be so.

Your shutters look SILLY!!..Too narrow...suposed to be 1/2 the width of your window and measurement of height is the window not including the window frame!
