Hi everyone! Here's my drawing of Deadpool! I've been looking forward to Deadpool 2 and wanted to challenge myself with this portrait. Recently I've been putting more effort into creating textures - and this ended up being a lot of fun to work on. It took about 12 hours. I saw this on your DeviantArt before I watched the video, and passed it over fairly quickly. However, once I watched the video and you explained how you did the textures, I was completely fascinated with the process. (I think DeviantArt messed with the contrast some because the one in the video looks better.) This is why I love speedpaints, learning more about a drawing than meets the eye.

Man, I can’t stop watching this video, I think this is the fourth time watching it in the past month and every time I watch it it’s just so inspiring. Amazing work! Great job on the texture style! If I may make a suggestion for the next one... make your next drawing with back lighting (have the light focus from behind, hidden behind the object). It's a skill and technique that a lot of artists don't tend to do very often, but adds amazing depth to the art! Keep up the great work!
