Hey Elena, great content. Just pointing out there is no language as 'Hindu'. Hindu/Hindusim is a religion in India. Many people who are Hindu speak several languages that range from Hindi, to Bengali, to Tamil & many many more. We are a diverse nation with a diverse culture and heritage. :)

Just because you visit an area for a week or 2 or read a book on a specific place that doesn’t mean you remember every single thing about the area. It could of been a simple mistake as there is 1 letter letter word difference between the words. Not trying to be rude just saying she is trying and that is all that matters. I live in Astoria and I love it. I’m 0% Greek ha but it’s really a quaint gorgeous neighborhood perfect for young people in their 20s/30s and families. It’s also SO close to the city. Between the view at Astoria Park, the incredible food, proximity to Manhattan and LIC, and the overall vibe it’s honestly a wonderful place to live and visit.

Elena! You should go to the Hudson river towns of Peekskill, Cold Spring, Beacon, and Poughkeepsie. As well as explore the Hudson Valley in general, with great food, nature, arts, and history. 45min to 2hrs on metro north from Grand Central Station depending on location.
