Quick tip: It's much safer to use a Breaching Charge to drop the chandelier, as the noise it makes is tiny, and won't cause any alarms.

An easy way to complete this is to start in 47's apt . Overlooking the square. Get the sniper rifle and go to the roof through his bathroom. There will be a guard on the roof. Get rid of him and you can then snipe your target! If he's not by the podium, he will walk towards the church, and you can still snipe him from there. It takes only a few minutes to do it this way!

sorry, I didn't explain it right! if you go up the street to where the ladies calling for Rocco to come down, there's two sets of doors. if you're facing those two doors where Rocco's at, 47's is on the right. if you try to use a lockpick you might alert somebody from behind you. if you wait for a minute or so a guy will come down the stairs and walk through that door and you can just go in behind you without half and unlock it. if you go upstairs to hitman's apartment, have the sniper rifle waiting. walk towards the back of his apartment to the bathroom.. don't open the door... there will be a guard outside sitting on a chair. however you decide to deal with him then allows you to pull the sniper rifle out and shoot the target at the podium or if he's walking away towards the church, where the target ends up having out for a bit... that's how I ended up doing it, the target started to walk away and I had to shoot him from really far! sorry so long, hope this helps!
