In the vein of this challenge, I actually recommend starting at the garbage truck specifically. Why does this matter? The garbage truck itself has this fun little feature, known as a compress. What does it do? If you are to put any organic material into said press, then activate it, that material disappears, without a trace. This includes bodies. SO, if you immediately glass the 2 drivers of the truck, chuck their asses in the compress & pop it on, that leaves 0 people in the immediate area to see you, & infinitely less bodies to be found. Even if you aren't doing a Kill Everyone challenge for stealth, you can still set the scene for after the mission, where the town is just plain abandoned. No people, no corpses, nothing.
