@@egns1700 yes, eventually, all of our questions will be answered. It can be hard sometimes when there’s so much going on that we don’t understand. But God knows. He has a perfect plan for everything! The end of the world is coming, and Christ will return soon. As believers, we must be ready. I too wish the wars would stop, but even more I wish for God’s will to be done. We have eternal hope in Him and have to keep persevering!

This is so true. Some have their eyes on the gift, like Simon in Acts. He wanted the popularity, the glory and financial increase that the gift could bring him. Our gifts are only for God's glory and the building up of His Kingdom. If, in doing that, we receive joy, it is within a Father's delight that we enjoy His gift! What Father would not take delight is seeing the pleasure a child gets from using the birthday gift he gave his child, and sharing it with siblings and friends? So does our Father in heaven! "Look, look what Daddy God gave Me! Want to play with it with me?"
