I could eat omelettes for breakfast, lunch and supper. When you were cutting up your green pepper and tomatoes, I was wondering how many months you're able to harvest from your garden. We're in Illinois and our season is shorter.

It’s a long harvest season here! Just this coming week the nights will be in the mid 20s, so my garden will not survive those temperatures at night for a week

Well Linda another first. I have never seen an omelet cooked the way you cooked yours. It looked really delicious. I usually top my omelets with a dash or two of hot sauce or ketchup. I look forward to the videos you make during 2025! Darrell from lower Alabama.
