Complaining you have no workers and then using all avaible people to cut down trees makes no sence. Just have a forester and keep 1 person there and timber problem is solved.

The more people at the forester for planting the quicker they plant.. I don't "assign" people to cut, i just select areas and they go cut. thanks for the comment.
