I used two 45 minute Billy Blank CD's and exercised 90 minutes with 2 cups lemon water everyday and then half hour at school (school teacher) so 2 hours a day exercising plus no sugar and eating mostly vegetables and fish. I was determined. Welp, even though my goal was to get in shape and lose weight, and I had no time set goal, as God as my witness, I lost 40 pounds in 56 days. Yep, 20 pounds in 28 days, then another 20 pounds in 28 days. I went from a size 17 to size 9. I am a teacher, and the teachers were coming to me, even the assistant principal wanting to know what I was doing. I told them I went to bed at 8pm, got up at 3am (7 hours sleep) made my lemon water (one bottle water with whole lemon squeezed in it), and exercised to two 45 Billy Blank CD's. At school each day, I ran the kids track, and raced them down the slides in the jungle gym to get my other 30 minutes in. They were like..."Um, no." There were only TWO things that encouraged me and kept me going. Billy Blanks and Jack LaLane. I never exercised to Jack LaLane, but I did see him on a talk show. The host asked him if he liked exercising alot and Jack said "No, I hated it, I never liked it, but you get used to it, and then it just turned into a diciplined habit." Wow. He didn't sugarcoat. I thought he was going to say he loved it. And Billy Blank said in his CD's "Remember, you didn't get this way overnight, it's going to take some time. Just keep going. It was like Billy Blank was talking to me. At first, I couldn't do some of the moves all the way, the correct way but I DID do the moves the best I could. In 2 weeks, the moves got better. In 2 more weeks, I was doing all the moves and exercises the correct way. Everything got easier. After those 4 weeks and seeing I lost 20 pounds, THAT is what kept me going, and...his cheerleading attitude. Got no idea how he could talk to the audience, count the moves outloud AND exercise all at the same time. The other thing that encouraged me was that not everybody in his CD's had perfect bodies. My goal was to look like his step daughter. This was 14 years ago in 2010. Welp, the person I was going to marry, died from cancer and I stopped cold turkey in 2014. Gain weight back, out of shape again. No motivation. The love of my life died. What's my motivation now? I dunno, have none really. My CD player that played the CD's broke and now we have internet and here's Billy. I have 4 CD's I paid for in 2010. But, I guess my only motivation I have now is, watching my Grandkids grow up. And, if Billy can do this at 68, then so can I. Yeah, we both turn 69 soon. My birthday is next week. So, I start tomorrow, lemon water in hand, using KZbin. And when teachers ask me again how I did it, I'mma gonna say, "Billy Blank." VIVA LA Billy Blank. Not doing it at 3am like I used to, gonna wait till 6am. Thanks Billy. You're still here for us.

Yeah I love this turbo exercise that you made yesterday I'm doing today on Sunday is a great exercise for all body parts even if you were doing for my stomach and stretching out my legs in a great way for every part is for to exercise having sweating and a great way my spiritual brother and have it that's why I don't mind sharing with all my brothers and sisters and spiritual brothers and sisters because this is where they don't have to have weights and a great way they can just do they don't have to stop and say when I can't do because they don't have to wait but then this is why it's a great exercise you're doing all parts of the body parts in a great way and show how to do everything show really great that's so great my spiritual brother
