Exactly, The reason is i want to get in shape and also get some 'balance' back from my youth. This to drive the Yamaha racebike better next summer =)

You got lucky. That hardened pin, screw, etc could have run through the primary gears or the transmission. That would be a disaster.

I sure did =) And the screw and the big washer, it was just lying in there, even though i limped home almost 10km.
