You have a plan, you know what you’re doing, and your plan will work if you work it. You are young, beautiful, and capable. You’ve got this! I’m Rosie. I’ve lost 39lbs. and am trying to lose 16 more. I stumbled a bit over the past week (my hungry week lol) but getting back on track again today. I WFH too and this tip changed my journey monumentally. Not sure what your financial and space situation is like, but if possible, get a sit/stand desk and a walking treadmill! I went from sitting all day to getting over 13k steps during my workday, and the movement keeps my brain engaged and the endorphins flowing. I LOVE it, and I was never an active person before. I hated sports, working out, going on walks, all of it, but my walking treadmill is amazing. I got it on Amazon for like $250. If you can’t do that, my next suggestion would be to go for a walk as a transitional activity between working & not working, and then also going for a walk after meals when you can. It will help your brain recognize “okay we’re done with that activity and doing something else now,” whether that’s working or eating. While you’re on your walk, you can think about what you’re going to do with the rest of your day and make a mindful choice instead of sitting around scrolling social media (which is what I usually get caught up in lol). Hi! You have so much good knowledge! Congrats on the 39lb loss! That is incredible. You will be at your goal in no time at all, and it sounds like you have created many good habits to stick to your goals too!! I have actually just recently started incorporating walks into my morning and evening routines, and I think that will be game-changing for me mentally and physically, especially as the weather warms up. I love to workout and do spin classes daily, but having a relaxing way to move my body will help the daily expenditure for sure!! I will have to look at walking pads for the winter next year :)
