Can you please show more actual work footage next time? I know it sounds silly, but something about watching you work, seeing the keyboard, computer screen (even if it’s blurred, pens, journals, desk, etc… motivates me to keep working. I honestly watch your videos WHILE I work. That’s my motivation 😂 also, I love to read my morning devotional and stretch or do yoga! This helps my body and mind feel awake💛 I do like the idea of taking short walks, so I’ll need to do that more!

Lol I love granola and greek yogurt...I had some this morning for a snack! So good especially in the warmer time of the year. I got my Scentbird subscription!! My motivation tip is to get ready for your day the night before...even if wfh. This helps me ease any anxiety that might creep up. Also, taking a few minutes to just breathe in and out and be mindful of the moment can help ground me. And have fun! I like to put on a favorite song and randomly dance in the kitchen.🌼
