Part of rapid weight loss after birth is from breastfeeding! Not scheduled breastfeeding but on demand, day and night. It also stimulates your uterus to contract back to its pre pregnancy shape and size.

I'm from CA, living in TX, have lived in Germany for 3 years. I think my family loved EU more! It's hard to put into words, but we just really enjoyed living in Germany. I would stay in Finland, old hot TX will still be around
