Depression eats away at us in such a way that no matter how successful we become or how many positive things we have in life, it always feels like it's there lurking over us, is constantly chipping away, and feeds on us like a vulture when we're at our lowest. Especially in those quiet moments when we're by ourselves. It's why I'm so thankful for music like this and that it brings us together to share our feelings and support each other. Damn I wasn’t ready to cry though. 😂 great song!!! I related to this song and to you a lot. I’ve been in both places and felt like I was never going to feel happy. But I kept fighting. Sometimes barely, but my support system helped me get through it. Without my friends and music I probably wouldn’t be here. But I’ve finally reached a place where most days, I’m happy to be alive. I no longer wish to not exist. But it doesn’t mean I don’t still struggle some days. Some days are really hard and heavy. I’m really happy you’re here my friend! You are also never alone and you can always reach out if you need an extra ear to listen. ❤

i had never even heard of this band, holy fuck that was great. Life is hard, one of the things that works for me is i find something small to look forward to. When I was ready to jump myself, I remember thinking spiderman no way home comes out in a few months I think i can hold off to see one last good movie, and then after it came out I found another thing to wait for and another until one day I realized I cant jump I got too much stuff to do and see. On the days when it gets rough I take a day to myself where i'll get a milkshake and just relax and watch youtube all day. I recommend watching Dr.K on his HealthyGamerGG channel most of his videos are pretty good for mental health. Stay Strong Brother.
