Really useful review, thank you! I can completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to have accidentally gone over the order maximum - we have the same issue here now in the UK and I’ve had the same thing happen to me once when ordering from the EU! :(

I’m actually fine with paying for customs taxes but I have to be psychologically prepared for it! Hahah but yeah, I’m usually careful when doing international transactions - even to the point of researching which credit card to you use that offers less foreign transaction fees. But I have to say the customer service team of Lisa is absolutely amazing. They’re also one of the reasons why I love her Brand.
