When you worked at the Pretzel Shop years ago, I bet you would have never guessed that you were training to make pretzels in Kenya one day. 😊 It is really strange when things come in a full circle in your life.😊 You friend Shelly has lost so much weight. Good for her. Seems like she is in this friendship for life. I don't think you have completely forgotten about your diet. I know Christmas holidays are the hardest. I think Sylvia may have gotten off of her diet completely going home for the holidays, etc.

@@sharlynebeach2786 I never thought it would have happened but then God reminded me of my youth 😂love it when it happens full circle of life 🥰 I was exercising when I got back up until December I have been sick with all kinds of viruses 🦠 so as soon as I get better off I go to workout and get stronger and lean my diet has been off and on but am eating vegetables everyday ❤️🙌🙏🏻😄

Eve, stick with the veggies. Vegetable soup during cold and flu season is good..and Chicken Vegetable soup is the best ! Everything is better come Springtime and dieting will become much easier. ☺
