Let's go thrifting! Thrifting in France | Shopping at the Emmaüs | Haul

Bonjour friends,
We are going thrifting again in France, but first let’s have lunch at the Super U Cafe. I love thrifting because you never know what you might find! It’s the thrill of the hunt for me I guess. We are going to a different Emmaüs this week, and we are still on the hunt for a table/chairs, dishes, etc.
Let’s go and see what we can find! I’ll share my haul with you at the end of this video too.

I loved watching this. Every single item so good. I would have bought each and every piece myself.😅 You showed restraint. I would want it all at those prices. I have shopped at many markets in France, mostly Paris but never those bargains. This is so much fun. I was fortunate to spend 5 months in Paris. My little studio was furnished, bare minimum. I enjoyed jazzing it up with linens, dishes and pretty things from markets. You will love that movie!!

Oooh Amélie! You'll love that movie! The original title is "Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain". Just that title in itself says everything about the movie. Also the music that was used for this film by Yann Tiersen really gives the film such a special vibe. I think I must have watched it at least 5 times! Let us know what you think of it when you've watched it. Great haul Jessica! And those chairs are typical bistrot chairs! That price is such a good deal!! Such a good find! I am sure your house is going to be so beautiful!

@@frenchfarmhouseflair It's got good bones but needs new electrics, a new fosse, and new heating, and the last time it was decorated was around 1973! That said, it is a lovely house with a nice two-part garden. We're really excited to move in September. I just looked at the map - Pre en Pail is just 20 minutes from us. I can't wait to see your shop!
