Okay ik this is my third comment but what I like to do with onions, peppers and gold potatos is make potatoes o'brien for breakfast: Dice everything (however much youre gonna eat and like) Add some oil to a skillet -i use olive. You can also use butter. Put your diced potatoes in on medium heat. And cover. DO NOT STIR. Let them sit for like 3-5min until the bottoms are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on it so it doesnt burn. (Meanwhile I scramble some eggs) Once golden, stir. Add your peppers and onions, salt and pepper. And cook until your potatoes are fork tender and your veggies have cooked down a bit. In a bowl add your potatoes, eggs, avocado(i use guac sometimes), shredded cheddar. I usually add a little ketchup and hot sauce. SO good!

I just moved last June from Utah to Maryland and what is considered here a bad storm 9 inches to a foot, in Utah is nothing , but what I can say about Maryland is that is a lot colder than Utah. I miss the mountains and the snow on them. I’m ready to see this storm. Love your videos

all the veggies you buy have all kinds of ends and cut-aways that can go in old yogurt containers into your freezer. add bones and fat from the meat meals you make into those containers too. Once you have a few containers filled, boil it all, strain them, and put the liquid back in the container and into your freezer again....... you will always have great homemade broth for anything you need. :)

Manuka honey is only made in New Zealand 🇳🇿. It's a fantastic product. A friend had horrendous injuries on his leg with open wounds. He applied the honey and it finally cleared up. I'm from New Zealand so I know how wonderful it is. Expensive yes..but worth every cent. The higher the number the better the quality. 😊😊😊😊

Aldi near near had egg limit also. No snow predicted yet for Central MA, just cold from strong wind gusts. I think egg limits are because of the recent Costco egg recalls. People may not be feeling comfortable purchasing again as recall was fairly recent.

Make sure the foods you are getting don't have seed oils in them. It causes inflammation and not good for you and the children. The salmon you got is farm raised and has dye in there food so the salmon has the color you want. Look for the wild caught salmon in the freezer section which is all natural. I shop at Aldi's as well and it's not always easy to find organic produce. If I do buy non organic berries and fruit, I soak them in a solution of baking soda and water to help remove the majority of the pesticides on them. Look for the Knock your socks off sprouted bread, it is soft and delicious and kids love it. It's one of the healthier breads to eat and the ingredients are super clean. Aldi's has also started carrying potato chips cooked in Avocado oil rather than seed oils. Popcorn cooked in coconut oil as well for better snack options. Aldi's sells the grass fed organic beef hotdogs which we love with non of the fillers and garbage reg. hot dogs have. Go on Amazon and get the rechargeable batteries and the charger. So much cheaper than buying disposable batteries.

I'm new here so I'm not sure if you already do this or not. However, if you put your produce in mason jars, they last longer. I put just about all my produce in mason jars - fruits and veggies both. You'll be surprised how long it lasts. And we're in WV so we're getting hit by the storm now and I went out Saturday and got all we needed. Stay safe!
