Premium processing for eb2 niw was introduced in Jan 2023 and since then the priority date also retrogressed. This means even after getting petition approval one cannot get an interview. Also it takes at least 4 weeks to get welcome letter and 5 weeks to get documentarily qualified by NVC,which is not covered under premium processing. The current back logs at the islamabad embassy are a whole different story. So would you like to explain how you got the complete approval of a student in 5 weeks? You are doing good work by sharing useful information but please don't make false claims or spread misinformation just to add sensation in your videos

Work permit means u need to apply for a job with some factories or in hospital l. Doctors and nurses can go Ireland by getting a job in any hospital in Ireland. Actually work permit is not available for for sale. Its very hard thing to convince someone to get job.

Best way if you want to study in bachelors or masters apply to a good university yes state universities are cheaper but also harder to get admission as a international student once you get admission and get the visa you can come usa 30 days before the start of your classes you can come to usa and change the university to a cheaper college even from the first symester But if you directly apply to a college with very less fee and apply for visa still 50% to 70% chances your visa will be rejected so better to apply visa on a good expensive university and then change the college once in usa As a student you can work 20 hrs per week on campus job around 15 usd per hour rate now a days select a stem degree so that after your graduation you can work for 3 yrs on OPT and if your company sponsor you have 3 chances one every year to get H1B visa As that also comes in a lottery every year that looks to me the best way for real students Or E2 visa pakistanis can come on that you need to show 50k to 100k usd to apply for that and a very good immigration lawyer in pak or in usa both can do that

@Sir, you said somehow we should get out of Pakistan. I am studying 3rd semester at NUST. I had very good grades in FSc (98%) but BS in Mechanical Engineering is quite boring for me so very poor grades. On your saying, I applied to Cascadia College USA (this because very low fee and they even waived off application fee). Now, got provisional offer letter (would have to take IELTS). Affordability is no problem. My paternal uncle is ready to sponsor. But I am quite confused what to do. I don't think it's well reputed but for other colleges/universities, fee is very high. Please see this and tell me what to do?
