I actually don’t get to the Hillsboro one too often or Vancouver. I’m usually at the airport bins and Milwaukee bins. But Vancouver bins is maybe 15 min from the airport bins so I should add that in one of these times too again

We managed to dodge covid for 2 years and then the government of my country ended the mandate for wearing masks and our whole family got covid within a week. So did loads of others. There was a definite spike in numbers when people stopped wearing masks, so I don't need to imagine. I know they make a difference.
