What do you do about bad reviews where you offer money back for them to send product to you but they don’t want to send back and what money too? Idiot ruined my 100%rating and since I was just starting selling I only had less then 300 reviews and it put me down to 90%. I stated full refund if returned. I put in the negative rating “send product back will issue refund. “ he bought a collector lighter it showed in pics it was sold back 2009 I tested it it worked before I sold it. I clicked to get a revision and sent him a message saying I will issue the refund but he can’t keep the lighter and the money both. I can get it looked at to fix.

You should reach out to eBay support! I reach out just directly on eBay but I’ve heard people get great support on Facebook. They will likely remove the feedback!

@@hellohandbags thanks I got it taken care of I made up my mind to message him and told him that he can’t keep the product and the money and eBay will agree. So he said he would send it back. Waited a day and told him he would have to start the return on his eBay and where to find the return option. Next morning he said he fixed it and was keeping it. So guess me being stubborn and sticking to my guns helped lol oh love your boy n videos I so wish we had one close

@@hellohandbags got it taken care of I filed for revision and asked him why he thought he could keep the product and get money back so send it back and he would get his money in full and then he did take the negative rating off and said he got it working he was keeping it
