HI I DID NOT FILM A DEBRIEF LIKE I SAID I WOULD SO HERE IT IS
I went to Kawaii-Con Vancouver for the first time! It was their second year running, and I met a lot of Vancouver friends! I loved hanging out and eating all the good food but the con happened to be just okay for me. The loud music from the arcade and the cosplay contest really affected my experience negatively, as well as the weird table positioning.
Ultimately, the staff were very responsive and responded well to feedback for changes next year! Since I have family in Vancouver, my expenses were very low and I would consider attending again next year.

Thank you!! And yes - definitely! Since my booth is all self-serve there are occasions where people have taken flowers without me noticing - especially when I have to look down to wrap the flowers. One time another customer actually noticed and stopped them for me!

It was fun! I don't know if I would go if I had to pay for accommodations, but I was able to keep expenses low because my parents live there and can help me with rooming, transportation and food!
