Next time when making chicken/meat karhai, try namak mandi method. Fry the meat in oil adding ginger garlic paste. When it gets brown add 4 tomatoes half cut and add 2 cups of boiling water. Put the lid on and let them cook for a while on a medium flame. Put off the lif and remove the tomato skins. Add green chilli and salt and cook it when all the water evaporates. Then thanks me later.
