Wow. That brings back old memories I used to clean Apartments and do all the maintenance on them for people got evicted. And that's a clean one compared to some of the ones I've seen had to work on. I don't envy you. Be safe be careful out there

When people use a victim's like that, it's because they're poor and they have no way to go right away, but invictions don't happen overnight, so they do have a chance to get out and make plans they don't they stagnate and wait till the last minute so? By definition, it's hard for me to feel sorry for those people. Well, most of them anyway.

They were 6 months free rent by exploiting the system....so they had 6 months to figure it out and chose to let it ride.

These people have plenty of time to move out. They choose not to and then they trash the place in revenge. I don't like people like that. I say pay your rent if you can't pay. Find somewhere cheap where to go. But they don't do that. They stay in haggle and haggle and give problems to the download. Give me that loads a bad names. But they're all bad landlords, which they're not really and now you have a job to do. You gotta clean that place out now, cross-country.
