I'm starting a master's course in 2 weeks and we still don't know whether our classes are going to be at uni or online and I'm usually that kinda person who has it all planned out weeks before, I just absolutely hate uncertainty and this whole last year was just so uncertain concerning everything I just really hope 2022 is going to be better tbh

i can definitely relate to you in terms of feeling a destabilised, my parents got a divorce about 6 months ago and so i’m really feeling the whole ‘living out of a suitcase’ thing. like you said i’m lucky that i’ve got a fairly stable family relationship other than that but it’s still a tough thing to go through. i hope your doing alright and that you start to feel more settled as you get back into the swing of it 💓💓

My parents also divorced when I was young and as a kid I also did the living out of a suitcase thing. I always thought it hadn’t affected me much and honestly it’s only really recently, at the age of 25, that I’ve started to work through some of my anxieties and how they are linked to that unsettled period. I don’t really have a point here except solidarity and thank you for your videos ☺️

You could always try using an elliptical! Running is a very high-impact exercise, so it's possible that using an elliptical could be a bit lower-impact and not irritate your neck muscles as much :)

Moving out at the end of the year was hard for me, as my family lived abroad! I could stay in my accommodation through the holidays and I stayed on after finishing my exams until I graduated, a month or so later. When everyone went home for Reading week ( half-term), it was hard, but friends would invite me to stay at theirs, which helped!

I'm starting a new uni course this week too, ready to go though. I take everyone’s emotions on me too Eve, both good and bad. I think as you grow up you get over clubbing. I'd rather socialise in other ways. So much has changed recently for me too but raring to go now, be kind to yourself though SO true. ALWAYS get your flu jab, preach Eve, preach! Get your covid vaccine too! Go at your own pace in life, Eve, you do you. Live in the moment, hell yeah! I'm not a house party peep either, yo each their own I say and yeah, ages who cares, join societies/clubs and meet friends across courses and ages.
