Also here are some things I would love to see: 1. I would love a licks pack which focus on licks for positions 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the pentatonic scale. I think a lot of us put 80% of our stock in position 1, but are not as as comfortable navigating the other 4 2. A masterclass on chordal concepts and advanced strumming patterns/technique 3. A lesson focused on advanced string bending and vibrato ideas 4. An advanced lesson on double stops 5. Some more technique-based videos (economy picking and legato, tapping etc) 6. And believe it or not I would love some kind of video about the SoulsBorne series! I know you’re a massive fan. Maybe a ranking of your favorite FromSoft games

Congrats Maestro! Your lessons are my main source of knowledge and practice. You are amazing and you deserve all the success! 🎸 About what you might do... Who am I to say lol but I always like to take a minute to watch those videos where very knowledgeable musicians like you deconstruct songs and explain how the music was arranged and created. Maybe it is something a lot of people do already, but I feel everything we do in guitar has to finally be expressed in songs, in actual material audible work, and knowing your expertise, if you were to analyze and deconstruct your and your viewers favorite music (including your own stuff), I think it would be fascinating.

Congratulations, my dude! Your teachings have greatly transformed my approach to practice and have given me a structure to concepts I often found difficult over my 15+ years of playing. My routine has been a combo of your 10 levels of triads and arpeggios coupled with John Nathan Cordy’s pentatonic fluidity concepts. I’m definitely interested in your courses particularly on fretboard visualization and improvisation. Applying these in order to solo with creative freedom has been a hard grind but the way you break things down has allowed me to see measurable progress. All the best to you and your channel’s success 🤘🏽🎸

As someone who basically has no sense of time or rhythm or natural musical talent - one thing I would really like lessons on is; When you are playing and learning guitar at home by yourself and you don't have a band or anyone to play with (like many do now a days) - How do you learn to play in time and find the beat and time signature of songs? I really have no sense of rhythm, so when I try to learn ex; a Polyphia riff, I find it hard to practice it slow with a metronome, as it's so many different note groupings and it's hard to hear where the beat is supposed to be. I usually just play a bunch of nonsense completely out of time, because I hate playing with a metronome or backing tracks. It just doesn't come naturally to me at all and I have a really hard time with it. So I would love lessons on: - How do you find the tempo and time signature of songs and how do you practice them with a metronome? - How do you develop a sense of time and hear / recognize / count different time signatures? - How do you play to backing tracks / drums and bass, if you don't really know how to play those instruments? I'm not a drummer, so when it's a complicated drum part or it switches time signature, I get lost immediately. - How does one go about learning how drums and bass works and how to work with them - as a guitarist, and how do you learn it when you don't have a drum kit or bass? - How do you make sure when you are writing / recording, that things are tight and in time?

Question for Jack, As a guitar player, I hear guys like you and Tom Quayle and instead of being inspired, I think "What's the point? You're never going to get that good, so you might as well quit and just listen to them rather than practice..." How did you deal with that, or did you deal with it, as a guitar player with less proficiency?

@@JackGardiner do you edit/make tones for live gig on those cabs or studio monitors? Is there any video about it or is it available on music bro? I'm asking because I recently started gigging using helix but there are times when my tone doesn't sound right live.
