Let's Hear Carers 2024 | Thank You

Carers are the backbone of support for many in our community.
Local carers who support individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and/or autism were recently honoured at a special event organised by Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (AWP) NHS Trust. The event, held to recognise the invaluable contributions of carers, offered a day of celebration, relaxation and support.
