No killing this love. He just saved her. She has no idea what he’s sacrificed for her. He has sacrificed the most. Wolfie first and all that survived Chu Qui all the real hero’s in this film. He was not perfect. Considering he was raised by wolves, fell off a cliff believing he was betrayed and then used by Chu Qui. I don’t know what people expect. Despite it all he is still human. The night fury - Displayed loyalty and friendship. And least talked about but most loyal being Mo Xiou. Ji Chong was likeable for his devotion and most like the way he handled ZhanZing. But he went with prostitutes, murdered and colluded to kill as well. He just had a way with women. And happened to fall in love Zha Zing. He was a prince. He had a biological dad that cared for him. Yes Wolfie sacrificed over and over again. He was aggressive. He never raped or hit Zha Zing. He tried to push her away HARD with his actions for good reasons. He’s allowed to have moments of weakness. The evening she went to his room after he humiliated I was so angry at her. Why did she go to his room. I was so angry. He didn’t want no f’ing hangover soup after that dance. Let’s be realistic. He sent Mo Xiou to take her away but insisted on staying. Who the “F” would do that. My favorite part of that scene is when he told her to Get out! “Chu qu!!!” and Get Lost! She should have not insisted on being there. Despite what’s being pushed. We as women have to bear responsibility too.

I don't get, why Lord Wolf connects by letting her killing me, I can pay back to her, everything I owe her. And why at all does he have to pay back? Can't he just take it and be glad and happy, what she did for him? And if he wants to pay back, can't he do this with her instead for her? The male lead was used and manipulated by his king and killed all her family in the nasty process. She wanted revange on him and he wanted to show her that he is sorry with his own life. It is a tragic story. Honestly I liked better the second male lead. He behaved always good with her, respected her and her need for independence, loved her unconditionaly and in a healthy way evan if his love for the female lead was one sided.
