Try putting a fuel injector in the tailpipe, and there, you have afterburner! Well, it will require some redesigning. Many parts will have to be painted with a heat protection paint. There will be extra weight due to the paint and the afterburner system weight. But if you succeed, you will be the first RC pilot to fly a RC Aircraft with a afterburner! I wonder if it will require some runway redesigning as well. Anyways, it is already cool without a burner. And a burner may not be a good idea... I think it may be best to stick without a burner.

Happy New Year! Great video as usual. Question/request: Could you go into more detail in your next video about using the switch? Is it parasitic when the batteries are plugged in? If so how long can/do you leave the battery plugged in prior to flight? Are there any disadvantages of using the switch? I assume it only works with Jeti?

Thank you and happy new year! unfortunately we are already a few video's ahead on the atom. I believe in video 3 or 4 when I bind the switch to the system I talk about it a bit more. Yes to jeti only. This model i'm using and it's cousin that works with any other items is very much not parasitic. It is when an R3 is used as an off/on switch that if your batteries are left connected they will be toast in about 2 days.

Happy new year🎉🎉 what about the xicoy landing gear controler? I use it with my jp landing gear and it works wonderful. I use the lgc15 benefit of that is the braking and steeryn gyro. Would that maybe be a viable option?😁

And maybe one more thing😂 (just as a suggestion nothing wrong with the regular tanks) what about a bladder tank? I just converted a 1:4.5 l39 from regular tanks to bladder and saved with all re adjustments 1200g dry weight.

Yes the LGC 15 is a great option. I have them in stock but opted to keep it simple and also had this controller to use. Would love to use a Fuel Bag but as mentioned they are not approved here. Hopefully YET is thekey.

Thank you. ATOM for sure! Much lighter final product with makes for a better flying plane! Obviously with the ATOM you don't need to make it VT or even install it. From what I have heard from other flying the ATOM it's outstanding!
