We all want to be healthy. We want to have a healthy mind, body, and spirit. English class (when it isn't stressful) is a great way to improve your mind, and if you find it a break from the everyday, it can also help your mind and spirit!
In this English lesson I'll help you learn words and phrases like: work/life balance, meditation, vitamins, home cooked meal, regular checkup and more!

Hi Mr. Bob. This video is interesting. I am not only improving my English skills , but I am also learning about healthy living. As yo said home made food is thealthier than eating out. However, it depends of what the situation is. I am already an old lady , and I should eat healthier meals , but if I cook every day , it makes me escorted to do so many dishes and so much work.

I have been suffering from anxiety and insomnia lately, then I went to the doctor and he prescribed me sleeping pills and anxiolytic, I have been taking these medicine and now I feel better now...But I think that is due I don't have a healthy life, thanks for your class Bob!

Bob teacher say right. I had have my left arm pain for weeks. But I confused what made it pain. Just recently time I figured out that . Once I brought a few bins which too heavy at work that made my arm pain. When work hard we don't know take care ourselves.
