Began as a Judas Priest cover band named Deceiver. They have 3 full length studio albums. They are still together, it's been 36 years since they've released any new music. Sad that both of their lead guitarists died. My kinda metal.

For some weird reason East Coast metal bands didn't fair as well as those West Coast metal bands did. I'm thinking with the right record company and enough backing Liege Lord could have been a lot bigger than then were. I was a lucky one who saw Liege Lord live back in '85 at L'Amour in NYC. There's a really shitty video of a show from there from back in '85. Who knows I could have been in the audience. The song is Rage of Angels off of their first album Freedom's Rise. Great band.

I will say again that the band name is redundant....liege and lord are synonymous. That aside, this was a decent jam for me!🤘 I found it kinda early Iron Maiden-ish....like if Bruce had been on vocals for the entire history of the band.
