I use the Beatrice Clemente heat set paints. They have a set of varnishes satin and thick, semi matte finish, thinning medium for dilution of the heat set paint and wet effect for lips or any where else you want to make look wet. They also have multiple flesh colors. They have a nice variety of heat set paints.
