Let's make a Greek New Year's orange cake which you will make again and again through the year

This recipe for New Year's cake is made with only a few ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen and will be ready in a very short time! You can also make this recipe as a simple cake!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
5 eggs
450 g of sugar
250 ml corn oil
250 ml orange juice
2 vanilla
Zest from 1 orange
500 g of self-rising flour
20 g of baking powder
Powdered sugar
Method
Take a bowl and beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
Then, add the oil, the juice and mix. Flavor with vanilla and zest.
Then, incorporate the flour and baking powder. Continue mixing until we have a homogeneous mixture.
Continue and spread the mixture in a buttered and floured 28 cm pan.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius, on the heating element, until the king pie cake is golden brown.
When it cools, unmold and serve with powdered sugar.
