I’ve made this Texas cake many times and love it. I’ve even used peanut butter instead of chocolate, taste great, either way.

I'm really intrigued with that cake recipe 😮 I don't think I've ever seen the method with melted butter and cocoa in water before either. Definitely need to try this soon
