you could definitely make this the night before and put it in your fridge, then pop it in the cooker to cook all day on low! I think Low is 6-8 hours. I know high its cooked in 4 hours!

Filming is always perfect to me. Would not even think there was an issue and even if there was would not mind an issue! Filming must be hard work, us that don't do it can only imagine. And appreciatte. So yes just get over it lol however only do what you are able and when you feel up to it. I have a red one like this that I bought several years ago. I also have the smaller round one. They are perfect for just about anything you’d want to put in a casserole dish, and I love the fact that I can set it and walk away, even leave the house. Even though I have several sizes of Instant Pots, I find myself using my Crock Pots the most.

I have that same cooker! I actually saw it on your channel. I need to make this. I think my family would love it! I don’t use mine that often, but want to find more uses for it. I did use it on Thanksgiving for a sweet potato casserole, and everybody loved it! Thank you for describing step-by-step what you do. Hi Heather! Thanks for sharing how you make lasagna in this nifty crock pot . I've never seen one before, very nice. I have the same meat masher you used and it is a game changer for sure! For taco meat, chili, sloppy joes. Anytime I brown ground beef and want it nice and crumbly, this does the job! God bless you, and do not put any extra pressure on yourself. You've been on my heart since watching the video when you were on Barn 45 (I just watched it a couple days ago) and I just want to say thank you for being obedient to God, thank you for your surrender to His will in your life. Looks amazing! I know how you feel. I have a wrist with plate and screws, and it is hard for me to hold a pan and do that too. Also, with my back injuries, standing too long in the kitchen just won't fly anymore. I have become pretty much a shortcut cook. Oh well, it's just for me most of the time anyway.

I had two of those crock pots for over 25 years. I also had smaller ones. They always had things cooking in them each day. I have done lasagne in one once but the kids and I didn't enjoy it much so I just did the mince in there (bulk batches) and froze it and used it when needed.

Thank you! I made this and it cooked overnight. It was good! First time I used this crockpot given to me. Cleanup was easy too without using spray. I had fried the hamburger earlier and assembled it late at night playing your video. I saw for myself how uncooked regular lasagna noodles cooked just fine.

Yum! I have several (4) crockpots, plus one that is a 3 mini crock combo, but I don't have a casserole one. I dare not buy another, 😂, but I may have to try this in one of my regular ones, especially cuz I love a deep dish lasagna. I tried doing this in the oven with the no-cook noodles once and they tasted like gummy paste, 🤢. It was super gross, so I've never tried it again. It looks like these come out normal, and if you say it's good, I'm in. You haven't steered me wrong yet! LOL 🤞🙏

😂🤣 I have yet to buy an instapot, but I'm leaning toward an electric presto pressure cooker, so I can can and cook in it. I'm not brave enough for a stove top pressure canner, but I think I could handle the electric one. 😂 I've yet to start canning, but I'm working up to it. I like the electric one because you can use it to pressure can or water bath smaller batches too. I have a huge water bath canner, just haven't used it yet. I have this exact crock pot and never thought about making lasagna in it. Since it is just be and my husband, this would be great for us. I have a vintage O'Keefe and Merritt stove and I don't use the oven in the summer because it heats up the house too much. So this is a great idea!

I just wanted to try this crockpot lasagna idea since it was on your menu/video for this week, and I wondered if you'd ever made one- and Here It Is! Unfortunately, I have the round and oval kind of crockpot- but I bet I could make this work somehow- It's amazing that you don't even have to boil the noodles? And I need easy meals for Sat and Sun since I'm working then- and my joints are Not Liking to be out in this weather either! I just pray and step and pray and step and tell myself, 'See! You're really walking on air now!' And I glide right thru that long walk with Jesus, urgh. It sorta works, well that and the mg spray... ; ) ty for the recipe and tips! Have a great weekend!! k (funny thing happened yesterday, I promised God if anyone asked me for anything- I'd give it to them- and there we were out late at the phone repair and an odd stumbling man with his eyes closed came over and mumbled about something? I think he said gum? And I had a new pack I was opening and I gave it to him and that's what he wanted. My girl was really surprised! So odd- but I told her I'd promised God, and I guess he sent that man for my 1st test!?! IDK! wonder what's up for today? ; ) IDK- but I'm fresh outta gum! Lol.
