I am hungry, Mom does the professional way, love how she forms the cone, When I oil it I mix butter, shortening and oil together it does not burn your hand to clap it. Really yummy. I like my roti white.

Must try adding a little sugar and milk to the flour too.Try with pure ghee or oil and ghee and you will tell me back.....lol
