We have come up with an idea for a new series, which we tentatively call "LET'S MAKE IT CLEAR" - these are to be video replies to selected comments, of course regarding all wheel drive systems, their operation etc. Let us know in the survey (www.youtube.com/@4x4.tests.on.rollers/community) whether you like the idea - if so, we will continue, if not, the project will go to the trash :)

is the lock mode better at Suzuki than at Dacia Duster ? 👍👍
@4x4.tests.on.rollers7 ай бұрын
It depends which Suzuki you consider, LOCK mode of i-AWD is quite similar to Duster but not the same as LOCK mode of All Grip Select.

Back to school for you - Suzuki all grip system is awd across all models in 2024 , educate yourself , hope Suzuki take the franchise off you @@4x4.tests.on.rollers

@@bumcrackwatchco. You didn't understand my comment. Suzuki SX4 shown above doesn't have All Grip but i-AWD. Besides there are three different types of All Grip, depends which model you choose.

@@4x4.tests.on.rollers they all have the same basic system , only difference is the Jimmy has hill decent .. If you set yourself up as a car tester at least know what your taking about - otherwise you look stupid

@@bumcrackwatchco. You have completely no idea what you are talking about. There are three different systems, that is All Grip Auto (Ignis, Swift, Hustler, xBee), All Grip Select (Vitara, S-Cross, Grand Vitara) and All Grip Pro (Jimny). Hill descent control has nothing to do with it, my Vitara also has it. Educate yourself on that and then we can come back to discussion. You may learn everything from Facebook group called SUZUKI ALL GRIP AUTO SELECT PRO. Edit: You may also start your education here: www.globalsuzuki.com/allgrip/

Some people just wont admit they are wrong ever. if I may pitch a video idea for you; "Top 10 (or 5) worst awd system on rollers (so far)" just something to consider. Mostly to serve as a pointer for people on which cars to avoid if dependent on good systems

Yeah, good idea with Top10. In US centric YT there are mostly SUVs battle which compares Subarus, Toyotas and sometimes CRV. There are dozens of AWD solutions but are just being ignored.

4WD Lcok... "constant torque to both axles".... eeh.. what? If there's any locking the torque will be variable.....
@4x4.tests.on.rollers7 ай бұрын
That's probably some language issue, "permanent" would be better word.
