We are already in summers & this is the time of the year when I make my batch of Mango pickle for the year! With this recipe you can make easy pickle at home which will stay fresh for 1 year plus. Ingredients:
Raw Mango/Keiri - 1kg
Turmeric - 2 tspoon
Salt - 6 tspoon
Fenugreek seeds / Methi Dana- 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds / Mustard daal - 1/4 cup
Mustard oil - 1 & half cup
vegetable oil - 1 cup
Red chili powder - 1 cup (half cup if you eat less spicy)
Asafoetida / Hing - 1 tspoon
