Top steak tip - leave it and stop messing with it!! Literally leave it to cook for 2 mins on each side without touching it for medium rare and then let it rest in tin foil for 3 mins! Perfection 😇

Your dinner looks lovely and would love to see more!! but just a steak tip… i’ve been on a steak perfecting journey for a while 😂don’t bash your steak or flatten when your steak before or during cooking. Cook for desired amount (i do 2/3 min depending on thickness) then flip round for same amount of time, let it rest in tin foil for at least 5 minutes. Don’t push it down in the pan as your just pushing the juices out. 😆

Quick tip for your steak as well! Don't flip it. Depending on how you like it, cook it for like 2 minutes without flipping, flip and then cook for 2 minutes and that's it. It'll have a nice sear but will be cooked to your liking on the inside!
