@CityPlannerPlays: Wondering if anyone knows how/why cims enter the city from off the map. I have a save with housing under control (sufficient to limit the number of unhoused cims to correlate with the unemployment rate)--but I cannot bring down the numbers of cims moving in. I feel like the rate of entry bears no correlation with the number of actual jobs available. Number of cims entering is never lower than the number of cims moving out, so I always have a net positive flow into my city.

umm.. can somebody timestamp portions where there are actual "tourism info" the game doesnt really tell how to get hotels.. etc.. I have one tiny hotel in my 130k city.. and the hotel is as far from tourist spots as one can be..

Supprise supprise. An update and my game doesn't work again . Frigging errors everywhere. Even without mods couldn't get it to work. Might have to go back to cs1.

If you try to load a modded safegame without mods, of course it won't work. But if you wait a day or two and get all your mods updated (mine are by now), it all works perfectly fine.

Same.. i bought a 4090 and when the game came out and atm it looks like a minecraft blur simulator lol.

This is going to sound like a crazy suggestion, but if you replace your DLSS driver with DLSS 2.5.1 it fixes it. That or disable DLSS. It's in the root of the CS2 directory. Wish they'd just replace the driver that comes with the game.
