Dudes all you did was what soapers call "rebatching". The area of the soap that has a Vaseline look to it is simply the soup reaching what's called "gel stage". If you had left it in a little longer so it goes beyond gel stage you have a perfectly good bar of soap again. You could easily use this in the shower if you wanted to
