The little old porcelain doll top is from the 20'sor30's and on the bottom sometimes would be a big skirt with cotton inside weighted and was a pin cushion also some have bottoms that are brushes my mom has had both it probably has germany on back.

The stone in your silver tone setting is not a lace agate, I believe it's a picture jasper. How to tell them apart? I could get all scientific on you and give you the very long winded comparison, but the simple answer is if you put light behind the material and you can see through it, then it is an Agate if you can’t then you're holding Jasper.
